GoGreenGas Site Tour
Date: May 22, 2018
Location: Marston Gate, South Marston Park, Swindon, Wiltshire SN3 4DE, UK
As part of the World Waste to Energy & Resources Summit, we invited delegates to join us on a site tour of the ground-breaking BioSNG Demonstration Plant currently under construction at Marston Gate in Swindon.
Hosted by Rolf Stein of Advanced Plasma Power, on behalf of the project partners Cadent (formerly known as National Grid Gas Distribution) and Progressive Energy, the tour took delegates around the commercial demonstration plant that will convert mixed waste into renewable gas for heating and transport.
Upon completion, the plant will have the capacity to process 10,000 tonnes of household waste every year, producing 22 gigawatt hours of BioSNG, enough to heat 1,500 homes or fuel 75 heavy goods vehicles.
Places are limited so please reserve your space upon booking your registration.
